We are looking for an investing wizard who wants to be a part of the next wealth-tech platform which will revolutionize the investing experience.
We, at KamayaKya, are a SEBI Registered Research Analyst firm and we are going to apply for the SEBI Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) License within the next 3 months.
We have launched our website in October 2022 and since then we have launched multiple stock recommendation reports www.kamayakya.com
Responsibilities
> Analyze data to identify emerging opportunities and risks, justifying your reasoning.
> Provide BUY/SELL/HOLD recommendations and present findings to the investment committee.
> Prepare stock baskets and manage investment portfolios.
> Handling of applicable compliance from SEBI and all regulatory bodies.
> Providing detailed Research on sectors and individual companies. New self-generated ideas will be considered as well.
> Tracking the researched companies and respective sectors regularly. Keeping an eye out for any news that might have a direct or indirect impact on the sector/company. Disseminate your insight when appropriate, to internal and external stakeholders.
> Listening to Con-calls on a Quarterly basis and providing Quarterly result and call updates.
> Regularly being involved in Group meetings and decision-making processes.
> Build relationships with investor relations teams of our portfolio companies. This will involve travel in the future.
> Devise and perform your own primary research methods, keeping abreast of trends and sentiment in the market.
> Maintain a public image for the firm at conferences/events. Communicate the company’s research, building its brand and referring potential new clients.
Requirements
> Minimum experience of 5+ years in equity research/fund management role.
> A professional qualification or postgraduate degree or postgraduate diploma in finance, accountancy, business management, commerce, economics, capital market, banking, insurance or actuarial science or a professional qualification by completing a Post Graduate Program in the Securities Market (Research Analysis) from NISM of a duration not less than two years.
> Expertise in equity research of Small Caps and SMEs will be an added advantage.
> CA/CFA Charter Holder would be preferred.
> Has substantial Financial knowledge including Financial Models, Portfolio management terms and models, understanding of all the financial statements.
> Good communication skills both written and verbal.
> Ability to take initiative and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.

Saturdays – 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
Remuneration
Rs. 12,00,000/- per annum + bonus/perquisites
