#1 – Trainee with above skills with graduate in any field
#2 – CS Management Trainee who is looking to complete the 21 months internship mandated by the ICSI (but not in the Company Law domain).
#3 – Semi-qualified CS / CA
#4 – Candidate who has completed LL.B and wish to explore in a new field (but not in litigation)
Basic Responsibilities:
- Research and understanding of various regulations, notifications, guidelines, circulars, etc. issued by SEBI or relevant to working of clients
- Contribute to the articles
- Assisting clients in making an application to SEBI to obtain license
- Liaise with the SEBI officials and clients
